1) Before lnstallation, it is required to be smooth without unevenness and bending of the existing floor surface. Mortar strength should be strong enough for the entire surface adhesion.
2) Fill the cracks in the floor and remove all the substances such as oil and wax in advent defects after installation.

Check if the surface strength of the floor is sufficient.
4)
In case of reconsted floor, overlapping instaion is prohibited. (Remove existing floor at first)
5)
Check the dryeness of the floor and ensure the drying time in case of moisture remaining. (Check humidity delow 5%) For a new building, allow sufficient curing period to reduce humidity to below 5% before installation.
Installation environment check
1) The temperature of the PVC flooring installation site should be maintained at 18~24℃. In winter, maintain adequate heating prior to construction to ensure maximum temperature compliance. Do not perform the installation of the tiles, if the temperature is under 10℃.
Preparation before installation
1) The products brought into the installation site are classified by the lot and color of the product. (prepared as the same lot product)
2)
The product and adhesives are transported to the installation site 24 hours in advance so that the materials can adapt to temperature and humidity.
Installation
1) Draw Centerline
Minimize the number of tiles to be installed and allow edges to be installed at least 1/2 of the tile size. Divide the floor into squares
Mark the center line with a black line.
The intersection of the centerlines should be at right angles.
Since the centerline is the standard for the entire installation, perform the installation while checking parallelism and perpendicularity.
2)Adhesive application
Apply adhesive from the part farthest from the entrance from the centerline as a reference point
Observe the open time and life after applying the adhesive. (OPEN time : 15-20 minutes / Lifetime : 40-50 minutes)
The amount of adhesive applied is adjusted within 500g~1000g / 3.3m2 according to the condition of the floor. (When adhesive coating amount is insufficient, the adhesive strength is weakened, so there is a problem in product seating and side lifting occurs.)
3)After observing the open time, examine the direction of the arrow on the back of the tile and install it in a certain direction. Install in the direction of 'L' from the centerline.
Apply adhesive from the part farthest from the entrance from the center line as reference point

Do not install to put the product only on the floor.
Always keep the product in close contact with the floor so that there is no loose space or lifting.
Also check frequently and if it is not tight enough, immediately compress it.
5) Wall and other finishing work
When cutting the wall side, cut the product 1mm small from the wall and let it enter naturally and ensure complete adhesion.
The seams that change color or pattern should be placed at the centerline of the lower part of the door when the door is closed.
After confirming the construction direction, cut the product from the backside.
Be sure to use adhesive at entrances, stairs, slopes, places with heavy loads, and places with frequent walking, and apply to the front to prevent rolling.
QC after installation
1) Maintain 18 ~ 24℃ for 24 ~ 48 hours before and after installation
2)
After installation, press the entire tile installations with 60~70kg roller to finish it without lifting.
3)
Check the product's direction, joints, contamination, lifting, and color difference carefully.
